very first post
sat nite was buisy. 104 covers. everything went really smooth, considering we had 16+ tasting menus in the first turn.. and all were different (veg heads, gourmands, regulars, but w/ meats cooked well). we also got the first of the bcf baby brussel sprouts and wild mache. yummy! i love cooking products that come from the earth just hours before they hit your plates. cant get any fresher.
